Founded in 2026, The Independent Journal of Religious Research is an independent journal dedicated to the study of Ancient Near Eastern history, Second Temple Judaism, Early Christianity, Mormonism, the Great Awakenings, the Restoration Movement, and related religious traditions. Publishing scholarship, poetry, art, and historical fiction inspired by these subjects, the journal is published bi-annually in online formats.
